Paths to Funding Growth Ventures makes available its own funds by investing in select growth companies that have committed to complete or are completing Reverse Mergers. We look to invest in companies that, when compared to their peer group, can justify a $30 million to $400 million valuation at the time of the closing of the Reverse Merger. Growth Ventures, its President, or related entities invest in every transaction that Growth Ventures is involved in. Sometimes investments are made into the private company prior to or simultaneously with it completing the Reverse Merger, other times investments are made directly into the Reverse Merger vehicle, and at times, investments are made into both companies. Growth Ventures has developed relationships with individuals, broker dealers, and other organizations who invest in or raise substantial amounts of capital for Reverse Merger companies. Many of these organizations also complete second or third rounds of investments in companies that have been successful in the Reverse Merger process. Reverse Merger companies in which Growth Ventures has been involved have gone on to raise hundreds of millions of dollars of equity. |
